Friends, family & phenomenal freelancers, welcome to the 15th edition of our #BuildinPublic newsletter. What a milestone! This week we completed a 52-week streak of posting weekly updates on LinkedIn.
In March we welcomed aboard even more incredible community partners and geared up for our exciting community partnership programme launch! 🚀
WORK
✅ Multiple feature updates and improvements to enhance our platform such as skills filtering, adding new skills & comment editing 🔥
✅ Started building our engagement app and look forward to releasing and testing this in April 🎉
✅ Met with inspirational community leaders Patrick Burgoyne (IHALC), Mark Masters (YATM) & Adam Pearce (eCom Collab Club)
FREE
✅ We welcomed Kelsey & Aniko from #TeamTranslator, our newest community partners! 🎉 We're thrilled to have this talented community of translators onboard.
✅ Interviewed the wonderful Frankie Tortora from DIFTK for the #WorkfreeConnect Series. Listen here
✅ Welcomed Omar Khalid to our dev team as an official long-term contract (more to come for this talented guy)
LIFE
✅ We have stayed consistent over one year with our promise to post weekly updates. Every week for 52 weeks
✅ We worked from the UK, Prague, Belarus and Ireland and enjoyed London & Poole for meetings in person.
✅ Continued to freak out about the 100KM run we have planned in just six weeks. 😱
What's in store for March
✅ Work: Get ready because April is going to be massive 🚀 We're launching our community partnership programme and welcoming our very first communities on board. Launching our engagement app and implementing streamlined global payments.
✅ Free: Our focus will be onboarding all our community talent as part of our partnership programme and completing UX interviews with them. We will attend the YATM event hosted in our home town of Poole. 😎
✅ Life: We will be meeting in the beautiful Menton on the Cote D'azur for 2 days to discuss Work Free & Life. As a team will be be brainstorming for Q2 and attending the Monte Carlo Masters 🎾
